Safari 4 Chrome After years of having their ideas copied and rehashed, Apple has seen fit to assume the role of the copier rather than copied. Interface wise, the new Safari 4 is really a slicker version of Google’s Chrome, employing an almost identical layout. I’m not sure about the bevel and emboss on the tabs though. Could this end up being the new standard in browser interfaces? I think we’ll have to look towards future versions of Firefox for that.
